Day of your appointment:
I am so excited to see you! I do ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early if we are meeting for the first time. I have a guest intake form that I will ask you to fill out so I can get to know you a little better. This form also has our re-do and future appointment cancellation policies explained and we will ask for your initials that you have read over them. Refusal may result in not completing your services until signed.
Before you leave after your services, I will suggest when you should return. Pre-booking your next appointment will ensure that you will have the date and time that works best for your schedule.
I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago so all appointments are sent a 72 hours confirmation in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no shows will result in a fee of 50% of service booked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, I will not be able to accommodate your service. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a fee of $25.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
Service Guarantee and Refunds
I do not offer any refund on services performed. Each appointment starts with a consultation and ends with a recap of all services performed. I will do my very best to set realistic expectations during the consultation and I ask clients to express any dissatisfaction at the end of the appointment during the recap. I understand sometimes a client needs time to adjust to a new color or cut. Client satisfaction is my number one priority and I happily accept requests for adjustments.
Clients have 7 days to request for an adjustment. If any adjustment will be an additional charge, I will communicate the full price before completing the adjustment. Please submit requests by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
